Porter Novelli offers an extensive benefits package and they were constantly thinking about benefits they could add to stay competitive with the industry.
Health Insurance was good, no signing bonus, little in the way of perks. They do not match 401k until two or three years which is not the industry norm. No set raise structure or bonuses due to loss of clients and revenue. No corporate phone, no corp credit cards, and reimbursement of expenses is slow.
Does not offer benefits to contract workers
Constantly changing; best plan is pricey
401k matches and insurance is subsidized.
401 is not very good -- should be improved for better staff retention
Free vision and affordable dental insurance
Medical/dental benefits are okay but nothing to get excited about. The company covers a transit pass and offers $300 a year for fitness reimbursement, which is new and pretty nice. The 401k match is kind of sad at 1%, which is the lowest I've seen among bigger PR shops.
Health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid time off, paid sick time off
