did not apply to me as I was not full time. I beleive they have great benefits if full time, however, it's hard to keep a full time position
If you work the minimum hours a month, you receive a quality of life bonus. The more hours you work, the more money you receive. There is also a “pay now” option. So you don’t have to wait for pay day to get paid! Also, the social events are extravagant. We go to baseball games, restraunts, etc. if you are contract base, you don’t receive insurance. However, their very competitive pay rate compensates for this.
Great health insurance plan for employees. Love the addition of 401k with match.
As an independent contractor, you don’t get a 401k, paid personal time off, paid sick time, or insurance. Although, if you reach a certain amount of billable hours a week I think you are eligible for group insurance but I believe you pay 100% of it.
They have amazing benefits for their employees.
Benefits are offered to the assistants when they work at least 30 hours a week with only PBS. Dental and Vision are reasonable and the health insurance is good, but very expensive.
best-pay rate used to be high 418-15 per hour, has since dropped to $15-20. There are no benefits. Your a contracted worker, which means maybe they pay you a little more but you have to provide your own insur.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
