“It is expensive, high deductibles, very few providers take it. Eye coverage is garbage, had to switch eye doctors, because they only pay for the cheapest in the area (Walmart Optical).”
the holiday pay structure for clinicians penalizes them
Horrible PTO, approx 4.2 hours per pay period. Insurance is expensive and is terrible. 401K match is bad. If you do not work there for at least one year, they will not give you your PTO if you resign. Getting time off is difficult because they are always understaffed.
WONDERFUL job experience ! I would recommend to anyone.
Post Acute Medical has some awesome medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits. Awesome place to work.
Health benefits effective the 1st of the month after start date. Ex: hired date Jan 28th, benefits effective Feb 1st. Huge savings!
Pretty decent healthcare policy, however it won't matter if you can't possibly stay long enough to utilize it. 18HACVery few staff can decide on good health care over personal sanity
Will not permit employees to take 8 hours of PTO on a day off to conserve hours you must take 12, other hospitals don’t do that.
Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, LTD, STD, Paid Life Insurance, Optional Spouse Coverage, plus, plus, plus. Entire package costs about $100 a pay period.
Blue Cross was the insurance and I did not have any problems at all.
Really good benefits with several voluntary options and two medical plans to choose from. Vacation, sick time and paid holidays available.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
