“There are 3 PTO days given for the first year (after 90 days) and then they increase to 7 or 8 days. At two years it goes to 13 paid days and then at 5 years it is capped at 18 days. You can use your PTO for up to 3 months after your anniversary date. It is a smaller company, so when someone is gone or out of the office, it is noticeable. That being said, if you need to flex a few hours here and there, they are MORE than understanding, so full days off are not usually required for emergencies.”
The benefits are really great. The benefits make work feel like a family rather than just work.

The benefits are meant for a single person. If you are looking to cover a family, they are not feasible options. 401(k) contributions are not matched.

I'm sorry that you wish you had more information about our benefits in the beginning of your employments. We don't typically talk about insurance benefits until 60 days after hire, unless it is specifically asked about. I would love to meet with you and give you more information if you would like . :) And I will also make sure to put the information in the on-boarding binder for each new hire, so that this doesn't happen again. The best thing about the benefits here at PCM is there is so much to choose from! They offer a full benefits package after 60 days of employment, yoga classes twice a week, first aid kit available for all staff, a basket ball court, CrossFit discounts for staff, etc!!!! I love the culture and healthy, positive vibes they have going for themselves!!!
There are so many benefits at this company. More than I have ever seen at any other company. The definitely give their employees lots of love that is for sure!! Con's, I honestly don't know of any. There are so many benefits to choose from, to kind of take care of any employees needs.
The fact that there is a benefits package is a perk to me! I've worked at many companies in the past that didn't offer benefits so just being offered benefits is awesome. Their benefits package and company perks are the best I've seen honestly. On-site cafe, yoga, parties, and rewards... it's really amazing!
I decided to opt out of the package, but those around me who did opt in had no unfavorable this to say
