“There are 3 PTO days given for the first year (after 90 days) and then they increase to 7 or 8 days. At two years it goes to 13 paid days and then at 5 years it is capped at 18 days. You can use your PTO for up to 3 months after your anniversary date. It is a smaller company, so when someone is gone or out of the office, it is noticeable. That being said, if you need to flex a few hours here and there, they are MORE than understanding, so full days off are not usually required for emergencies.”
Great benefit packages after 90 days including 401k!
No real benefits. Cheap insurance and no matching 401k.
OVERPRICED. Not worth what you pay. $400/month for catastrophic insurance.
The health insurance is expensive. More vacation would be nice.
The on-site cafe is a great perk. There is yoga a couple times a week and other health club discounts.
I don't remember getting any benefits really. I was only part time, but I am sure that for the full time guys, they offered good benefits.
Health insurance is pretty crappy, maybe covers $1-$5 dollars tops (even on the more expensive plan), only 3 personal days a year (as opposed to pay period accumulation) so hope that your area doesn't get the flu or you are screwed in a week.

Hi, sorry to hear you didn't like our health insurance. We are now working with a different insurance broker to get us better quality plans without increasing cost horribly. We are looking forward to seeing significant changes in our premiums hopefully! On the paid time off, seems like you only had partial information - we do offer 3 paid days after 90 days of employment, and then after 1 year, you receive 8 days, after 2 years, 13 days and after 5 years, 18 days.

Extremely expensive health insurance - equals out to 15% of your weekly paycheck. It's honestly almost worth it to go on your own. No company match on 401k. Subpar base salaries just add insult to injury.
5 days paid vacation after first year. 10 day paid vacation after 2 years. 15 day paid vacation after 5 years.
They offer great benefits and a great environment to work in!
