“This is a plan with a cost set up for a single person. If you want the best coverage for you and your family -- there are no plans for you.”
“There are 3 PTO days given for the first year (after 90 days) and then they increase to 7 or 8 days. At two years it goes to 13 paid days and then at 5 years it is capped at 18 days. You can use your PTO for up to 3 months after your anniversary date. It is a smaller company, so when someone is gone or out of the office, it is noticeable. That being said, if you need to flex a few hours here and there, they are MORE than understanding, so full days off are not usually required for emergencies.”
There is a wide range of benefits offered as far as medical, dental, vision, disability, life, etc. For me the biggest benefit is the positive atmosphere. The onsite healthy cafe and coffee bar provides some organic options as well. Free yoga classes 2x weekly.
No company match on 401k, health insurance expensive
Extremely expensive insurance plans for employees--could not afford to insure myself let alone my spouse and children. Need to find more affordable plans based on what they are paying their hourly-paid employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
