If you are a salaried manager, benefits are easily accessible and affordable. Health, vision, etc are all in your onboarding package. 401(k) is offered after 1 year and they do match up to 6% If you are in Chicago, you can get a transit card paid for before taxes. if you are not salaried, you will not get benefits.

It pretty good, time off is not paid but that is normal for a part time store associate. Not sure about any health benefits or 401k. But food is half off.
