Do not think benefits are available to part time employees. From what I heard the benefits are very nice.

benefits overall are ok, but feel like it could be more competitive. the employee discount is nice but products are still expensive. you get vacation days, sick days and major holidays with some floating holidays

They have all the usual medical, dental, etc. They have Kaiser and a few others. They don't have real PTO, just 2 weeks vacation for the first 5 years and ample sick days. But if you're never sick you can't use them. They do have a decent amount of paid holidays, somewhere around 10, plus a couple floating holidays a year. My theory is what they've done is create a situation where they don't have to pay out tons of vacation if someone quits. Worst thing is the 401k. The funds are very limited and fees are pretty high. The company claims to have a match after the 1st year but they only match you 2x/yearly depending on your start date. I worked there 15 months and never got a match. Plus there's a 5-year vesting period. Raises and bonuses are around a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10.

The best thing is the employee discount. There are no other benefits for part time sales associates at this company. There is no paid leave or vacation time.

Only good thing about the job is the 40% discount.
