“Discount is 40%. Not always on top of existing sale prices”
“Off many US holidays, but work day before/after thanksgiving and Christmas. One PTO day per quarter, which you can take only after that quarter has passed. Only two weeks vacation until five year anniversary with company. Have to accrue sick time. Management encourages people who are sick to still come into work ”
“Because your PTO is accrued over a period of time and is based off of hours worked, most of the time you had to use your 30 hours of paid sick leave as PTO. ”
Great benefits. You earned the time off and can place a request 4 -6mths out
Paid parental leave is a newly added incentive
Benefits for full time employees only even if you work 30 hours a week consistently they still do not offer them.
Good benefits-they do keep changing
So grateful for the generous salaries that the consulting world provides. What is one thing you’ve splurged on for your personal life? Mine is a Pottery Barn comforter! OBSESSED with how cozy it is and the perfect weight. Overpriced but a great investment! Looking forward to hearing others😊
Looks like kids might not go back to school any time soon! Need to buy a ‘grown ups desk for my 2nd grade son that he could possibly use until he goes to college! Are Pottery Barn & Crate & Kids , the only choices for long lasting good kid’s furniture? Would love suggestions! Thank you!
Pottery Barn offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees.
Discounts shopping- decor - furniture holiday
2 weeks PTO, standard 401k, and 40% off employee discount
Great, flexible vacation/sick pay with 401K
401k, competitive benefit package; including medical, dental, and vision. Fairly priced benefit package options. Great vacation benefits. Vacation weeks grow with time with company.
Best: 40% employee discount except for electronics at Williams Sonoma. Sample sale where you can buy one if a kind sample pieces. Worst: Two weeks vacation until 5years. Limited PTO and sick where you have to take vacation if you are sick More than 8days per year. One bad flu and you have used your time. Terrible 401k investment options No classes or skills workshop reimbursement
