Benefits rates are competitive, with multiple plans to choose from. Great carriers for health, vision and dental. Short term and Long Term disability is available also.
Paid time off. Good travel package. Per diem and travel bonus. Flexible job hours. Really nice ppl to work with.
Optional health package can be very costly and does not really save you money on out of pocket expense.
Benefits are average. Offering stock incentives to more employees than just management would be nice.
