“No matching, and they take a portion of your annual bonus and automatically put it into the 401k. Not a great benefit.”
“You'll start out with 3 weeks PTO, used for both vacation and sick time. Negotiate for 4 when you get an offer, you'll need it.”
Health Insurance is very expensive for a family.
High medical premiums, minimal coverage. Your provider will change frequently. Company contributes the minimum amount required to your 401k. No tuition reimbursement and very little training offered to advance your career. Just about everything is pretty mediocre at Power Costs, including their benefits.
No 401k matching and poor health insurance offering. Only 10 days paid vacation until 5 years of employment. Dental and Vision are good though...
Time off starts at only 10 days with 40 hours of sick leave. Company issued equipment is also sub-par.
Employee benefits can be rated as average. We do have 401k and bonus initiatives. But the PTOs could be better structured
Support for road warriors is very good
Interns are well paid, but don't qualify for benefits like insurance or 401k.
Flexible work schedule, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave.
Extremeli flexible work schedule, Time off, Dental, Vision, Health and 40k
Poor benefits. No 401k match. No premium dental insurance plan. Good performance bonus
