    No matching, and they take a portion of your annual bonus and automatically put it into the 401k. Not a great benefit.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(5 comments)

    You'll start out with 3 weeks PTO, used for both vacation and sick time. Negotiate for 4 when you get an offer, you'll need it.

Health Insurance is very expensive for a family.

High medical premiums, minimal coverage. Your provider will change frequently. Company contributes the minimum amount required to your 401k. No tuition reimbursement and very little training offered to advance your career. Just about everything is pretty mediocre at Power Costs, including their benefits.
