You'll start out with 3 weeks PTO, used for both vacation and sick time. Negotiate for 4 when you get an offer, you'll need it.
If you don't negotiate this when you start, forget about getting more time until your 5 year service anniversary. Only 10 days paid vacation, and 5 sick days per year.
Good thing about PTOs is that one can carry over all the unused vacation to the next year. But, no matter how many vacation days one has, he/she needs special permission from the CFO to go on vacation beyond 3 weeks
