Terrible over priced HMO plan offered. PPO plan is even more expensive and neither offer great coverage. You end up paying a lot of out of pocket
You can select the level of your plan and Sharp is the best provider in San Diego. It is all automated through ADP.

The plan is based on what you select during open enrollment. Sharp is known as San Diego's top provider and has different level plans that each employee has the right to select from. You must have picked the silver plan which sounds like it didn't fully satisfy you. Maybe pick a more premier Sharp plan next time.
