Their bad HMO plan is way too expensive for the actual coverage you receive. In which they make you wait 60 days for benefits to begin. They also DO NOT pay for dependent coverage. Unlimited PTO is offered, yet you better be sure not to abuse it as some do.

The benefits plan covers everything i need it to for a very good price considering. No complaints at all, PDM takes good care of us. Management has been very responsive to employee feedback and now offers 401k plans, which is great.

Health Insurance: top of the line package through ADP with employee choice of program from Sharp also offer Dental and Vision 401K: didn't have but just launched at end of 2015 Vacation Time: Flexible, I have never taken a day off that wasn't a paid day off. If you get your work done you can take whatever time you want. Holiday breaks are like no company I have ever worked for. All holidays off and about 5 days for Thanksgiving and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years.
No retirement package. Health plan was mediocre. Dental was terrible, covered almost nothing. PTO was unlimited, but it is frowned upon if you take too much. Free snacks and drinks.
