Beyond the impressive earning potential associated with a Power career, and the security that comes along with a position at an established company that’s been in business for more than 20 years, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
The best thing about the benefits package is they include everything. The worst is that you have to wait a year before you can participate in the 401k plan, and the cost is pretty high for a family plan, but very affordable for an individual.
very good package, and pay. pay standard base salary plus commission and bonus on top
There is nothing bad about what Power offers
Match 4% to my 5% in 401k amd health insurance is good and affordable
I did not receive any benefits due to my summer-only employment. The company does offer a referral program that is a substantial amount of money.
Power is a class act all the way around. benefits package is one of the best I have seen in twenty years
The vacation(s)! My now fiance and I went to Cancun last year and it turned out to be one of our best trips we've ever taken together! Very well deserved reward the company gives all it's employees each year to have fun with
Great health plan options, matching 401k up to 4%, 20 personal days plus major holidays, paid trip to Mexico, multiple trips to HQ in Philly, opportunities for paid travel to the other 12 offices, Thursday night socials, awesome corporate events, Spring social, Fall social, boat parties, and more.
You have an option between two health plans, and HR explains both plans pretty well with the help of the Broker. United Healthcare is accepted most places. They offer dental insurance, also through United Healthcare. Starts after 90 Days.
The best thing was the bonuses but weren't consistently given. But when they were they were nice.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
