Beyond the impressive earning potential associated with a Power career, and the security that comes along with a position at an established company that’s been in business for more than 20 years, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Great benefits package. They match your 401k up to 5%. Life insurance. Only 10 days paid vacation. No sick and not all holidays.
Vacation and time off wasn't bad as long as you were performing well, health benefits were pretty rough with a $3500 deductible for one individual though.
Benefits are pretty standard. Full time employees get medical, dental and vision. There is a 401K up to 4% match. Maternity leave is provided to women up to three months if you're there longer than a year and for men, one week. My biggest complaint was their PTO. You have 10 days your first two years and let me clarify, that's 10 days combined for vacation and sick. Don't get sick or you won't have enough time to take a vacation, which you will desperately need working at Power.
After 90 days they offer good, affordable health/dental coverage, 401k with match. Decent amount of time off from the get go.
doesn't light the world on fire but works just fine for most
the company has a 401k match, benefits package for health insurance, as well as 10 paid time off days after 90 days
401k company will match, 2 benefit package choices, company paid events and Cancun vacation before xmas every year.
I really dont know much about the package. I did not enlist in the packages. I know they offered dental, medical, and eye.
very good package, and pay. pay standard base salary plus commission and bonus on top
The best thing about the benefits package is they include everything. The worst is that you have to wait a year before you can participate in the 401k plan, and the cost is pretty high for a family plan, but very affordable for an individual.
