The benefits are comprehensive. For example, there are options for pet insurance, identity protection and legal services in addition to health, dental, vision and life insurance.
Their contribution to the 403(b) plan was excellent, and there was no requirement to match. The contribution to medical went up a few times but they added new benefits.
Due to their non-profit status, they have benefits that are not commonly found. For example, they have a very generous contribution to the employee retirement fund that does not require a matching amount from the employee.
The benefits are very good -- especially their participation in TIAA CREF.
The benefits package is one of the best that I have ever seen .
The company stays current with health insurance.
A very comprehensive benefits package and many additional workplace perks
PLI is on a roll - - lots of exciting changes in many areas. Technology advances, cutting edge content, innovative ways of delivering programs, departments working collaboratively and a very open door policy with lots of transparency ...also lots of really nice folks to work with who really care about each other as well as the organization's products.
Unrivaled 401K match program and extremely generous vacation and holiday time.
The health plan through United Healthcare is excellent. PLI couples this with unlimited sick days, however supervisors remain the biggest barriers to ok'ing needed time off. In general though, I couldn't be happier with the health coverage they offer.
