This year they added two more sick days and another vacation day,which is pretty cool. Having a family emergency is stressful enough without having to worry about trying fired
No sick days, and they force you to use vacation days to make up for shop closed days at Christmas break.
Seems to be the same as every else. have to plan with other people and make sure not everyone is gone
Allows for many vacation hrs, but will not pay it out, so you use them.
Vacation time is based on the position. Will even let you take it from time to time! Supervisors will sometimes ask employees to take vacation because work hours tend to be long.
They fight you when you want to take vacation, they would rather pay you
