Offered medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO (vacation/sick days)
Benefits are outsourced HR doesn't know what the benefits are. This is a toxic environment.Lots of yelling, no teamwork, poor benefits, very unprofessional. management management environment.
The company offers health insurance, 401K with up to 6% of contribucion matchied with 3%.
There were no benefits. There was even an employee that needed time off for major surgery. This person needed two more days to be at full capacity and they threatened to fire her/him !

Not given lots of options. It was a take it or leave it choice.
Health Plan is expensive but gives access to great doctors in the PPO plan. Dental, Vision and FSA is a nice bonus. 401k can be improved. Vacation and Sick Days has been combined into a PTO. Takes 7 yrs to get 3 weeks of vacation off and always only had 3 sick days a year. Requires you to take PTO days during Christmas and New Years weeks unless you arrange with your manager to work those weeks including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve (which are not counted as holidays). Not enough Holidays off.
Forced vacations for year end inventories, poor contributions to 401k, and unpaid overtime. The OT is at least 20 hours a week.
