Better than average. If you choose High deductible plan, Premera pays 75% and it’s very affordable to cover a whole family.
High monthly premium with low deductible & FSA, or low monthly premium with high deductible plan & HSA (to which Premera contributes).
Offers PPO and HSA options with the company contributing to HSA. They also have additional HSA contributions if employees participate in wellness program.
really good vision benefits to buy frames or contact lenses. Lots of provider options. Reasonable premiums and good HSA contributions
the coverage was good for the time i was there

Standard health plan options that you would find elsewhere. I've found the employee premium to be fairly discounted compared with other places I have worked, and they have a health/wellness program that allows for employer contribution to HSA.
it is lower premium for employees
It sucks... I can't afford to go to my doctor anymore.
