The company finds value in telecommuting and is working hard to employee better technology for telecommuting.
I think this is dependent on your function and department.
the departments that are allowed to do it are awesome, there are still some old school managers in some departments that don't want to allow it but I am hopeful they will come around or be forced to let their staff telecommute.
Was ALWAYS able to work from home, but only when necessary. After the 5th or 6th year the company began to offer WFH on a more general basis.
This was something I was able to negotiate with my manager who understood a 3 hour commute/day does NOT a happy employee make!
Good telecommuting option although really inconsistent policies as to who gets to go home. Isn't automatic and some people go home right away while others have to work on campus for years.
This is one of the best benefits that allows for 2 or 3 WFH days depending on department.
Premera offers both full-time remote employee options (depending on position) and the ability for other office employees to work from home as applicable (again, depending on position).
Able to work from home a few days a week
Some jobs are fully available from home, some are able to be partially worked from home. Depends upon type of job and the leadership.
