Below market salary. Ok environment.
Isn’t great. They force you to only use premier health, so if you need to go anywhere else you’re essentially screwed.
Benefits package overall is good. The cost for a family plan is pretty high. They are also self insured so you would be required to use Premier Health doctors to get the best savings. Vacation , Sick time and Holidays are all in one bucket so you must manage it effectively.
offer reasonable health cost, supportive staff, safe and clean work environment. Below average wage for coding professionals
Great benefits package, they have their own insurance!
Health benefits with high co-pays and deductibles. 401-k does not match well. Vacations and paid time off are based on hours accrued and available as TOP (time off with pay).
Health Insurance is very expensive and limits greatly the physicians you can see (pretty much only PHP physicians). It continues to increase each year too. I would expect better health insurance especially given the size of the employer. On the flip side, they have very affordable dental and life insurance. The 401k match is minimal. I would not go to Premier for their benefits.
The worst thing about our benefits package is that we have to use our PTO for holidays.
I do not have benefits by choice through premier. It is a bit costly. Part timers pay more than full timers, but I still chose not to. Time off time builds up at about 1 day per month for full timers and roughly half that for part timers. depends on the amount of hours worked. You get a certain amount of call off days as well as disciplinary marks. points fall off after 1 year. time and a half on every other holiday. also there is weekend and third shift differential.
Best- dental insurance in the area! Best Worst- health is limited to Premier network Vacation is accrued That is it.
