    Worst is I kept losing and gaining my Health insurance since it's based on how many hours you work, if youre not given enough hours, you can risk losing benefits

    I don't have any benifits personally and I don't think they even have any. They are supposed to reimburse you for your gas which is like .30 a mile but thatsp only if you run errands for a client not the milage you use to get to and from or client to client.

    The most EXPENSIVE benefits package I've seen on my life. Literally 100 a week for a single adult. Not to mention the LOW ($17/hr)pay rate for a vent dependant trach patient compared to market average for home health of 18+.

    Company only contributes to medical plan and employee cost is still too high. Employee has to pay 100% for dental plan. Note corporate employees get these benefits, home health aides do not get jack squat.
