Very comprehensive benefits package overall. HSAs paired with high deductible plans are heavily encouraged, which could be less than ideal for families or those with more health problems.

The benefits are middle of the road at best. The 401k match is a little different, but if you contribute 5% then they will contribute 4%. The health insurance has three options, none of them great, but you will have benefits and they will start the beginning of the next month after your start date.
