    The health insurance is high cost for HMO. High deductible plan has very high deductible.

    Premium costs are high. Premise only pays a set amount (like $130 per month) and the employee pays the rest.

    Extremely expensive for what you get. Premise doesn't offer enough "Credits" per pay period and it's modeled after the exchange program. It's AON Hewitt with bronze, silver, gold and platinum levels. Forget about affording gold or platinum for a family. Costs range $340+ per pay period (2 weeks) for the gold and $500-$700+ per pay period for the platinum. There are 26 pay periods, so do the math.
