The benefits package is great. Excellent insurance and the ability to elect other coverage's. PTO and Holiday time accrues at a great rate. Easy to sign up during open enrollment and a variety of plans to choose from.
Health benefits are very costly. The raise that you get barely covers the annual increase. Company should consider contributing to employees HSA to offset costs. Being a remote employee you don't get access to things like Onsite healthcare, gym memberships or company parties, nor was there an offer for remote employees like attending a local gym at a discount or money towards a plan. You take the good with the bad.
Premise Health is on an insurance exchange which means that employees are given numerous health insurance options for coverage. It's nice to be able to choose a plan that fits my and my family's needs.
