A lot of employee-sponsored insurance type benefits
No maternity or paternity leave.
Health insurance is very expensive. It's through AON Hewiitt and it's the "exchange" platform where you can select bronze, silver, gold or platinum levels. The prices for gold or platinum level are unaffordable if you want to cover your family. The bronze and silver packages have very high deductibles. Premise doesn't give enough "credits" each pay period, thus the burden falls to the employee. Their PTO plan is decent and the paid holidays are good. 401k is mediocre. There aren't any bonuses and getting a raise that is beyond 1-2% is impossible with this company.
Great choices for health care
PTO plan is generous. Health Ins could be better.
Generous PTO policy, good benefits plan
It is hard to say because the company Premise was just formed from CHS Health Services and Take Care Employer Solutions and they are just now announcing the new benefits. So far, they look pretty great but I haven't had a chance to fully analyze them yet.
