401k offered after 1 year of employment. Full benefits offered and PTO is accrued through hours worked.
Insurance is very expensive and the coverage is terrible. Corporate employees get 10 holidays off but field employees only get Christmas Day off.
Hardly any on site training.
It was average, nothing spectacular but not horrible coverage.
