You can get better and cheaper insurance on the marketplace, but you do not qualify for the marketplace because you get insurance from your employer. So basically employees pay for all the patients who don't rather than rewarding the employees for their work.

What you pay is based on how much you make. I like this type of tier pricing. It makes the health insurance affordable.

I have utilized the health insurance in the past, currently we are covered under my Husbands plan but PHS has always been awesome. Coverage has been more than expected and the support in the Health Plan and HR has always been phenomenal.

Great health insurance with very reasonable deductibles. The high-deductible plan for a family has an annual out of pocket max of $3,600 for my particular salary.

Extremely poor in monthly premiums and coverage. Many employees received better benefits by subscribing to Presbyterian's Health Plan through their spouses who worked outside of the organization.
