“Overall they are average. Staff level position were subsidized. That was great.”
“Accrual is based on length of employment. However, 4 days of PTO are required prior to utilization of EIB. ”
“403B matching up to 5-6%. First 2-3% at 100%, and 4-6% at 50%. Lincoln Financial is very easy to work with.”
Great health benefits and affordable
They are a non profit and you receive a 403B and not a 401k.
The 401k was with a company that charged about $15 per quarter to “manage” your money. Lost more money than it gained.
Great comprehensive benefits, Blue Cross Blue Shield for health insurance.
The best thing about working here was the team members I collaborated with everyday.
Medical insurance is very expensive!
Health insurance coverage cost is not that bad considering what other companies offer their employees
Holidays paid. PTO and EIB accrual. Pension (vested after 5 years). 403B with corporate matching. Health/dental/vision (high premiums). Life insurance provided 1x yearly salary. STD and LTD pay-in/up available. Health flex-spending option available. Tuition reimbursement and CE allotment.
The EIB time that we could us if we had a major health issues and the help from HR to utilizing the time
Overall good benefits. 403b with some contribution, choice of health insurance (PPO, HMO or EPO), raises, no sick days but EIB in place
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
