Unfortunately, there isn't a benefits package for Speech Therapists at this time. There are other online speech companies that offer full benefits. But as far as I know this isn't an option.
They are increasing medical benefit contributions consistently because they care for their employees.
Excellent insurance, company nails it
Best Thing - As this is still a Startup, taking time off (both reason and duration) are still very generous, and as long as you work with your Manager to make sure your work is done, time off is not difficult to get. Next Best Thing - my husband is self-employed, which means that we were paying $1.200 PER MONTH for premiums, and had a $20,000 family deductible. Unsustainable. Since I'm a Full-Time employee, we now get our health insurance through my employment with PresenceLearning, and they are extremely generous.
There are no benefits, only an hourly reimbursement which is less than half of what the company gets from the school systems they contract with.
best: unlimited PTO, variety of health plans, snacks! worst: limited 401K options
As a contractor, benefits are limited. A bonus is given to help offset the cost of state license acquisition.
PresenceLearning contributes a lot to our health care premiums. My family is benefiting greatly from superior health insurance at close to the same premium cost as at previous employers, however, the co-pays and deductibles are really small saving us a lot of money. I haven't felt this taken care of by an employer in many, many years. The paid time off policy is very generous. Managers encourage employees to take off at least 3 weeks per year. There are not pre-set limits. You only need to coordinate with your manager the time you need off. Hours are also very flexible and the PresenceLearning Team readily accommodates employee's family needs etc.
