Better than most. Not as great as some others. The package isn't great, but they do cover a fairly high percentage of the premium.
Other employers subsidize the cost of their Health Insurance plans to a greater degree.
Presidio only offers a single health care plan which is a reimbursement account with tons of restrictions. For a single contributor the rates are over 150 per month. The employer contributes to the Health reimbursement account a certain amount each month , which can only be used once you hit a 600 dollar deductible. There is a strict list of items that cannot be counted towards the deductible including Co-pays. While the CIGNA network is pretty extensive, most out of network visits there is a 95% likely chance you will be paying out of pocket. The plan itself is confusing to most providers and it is almost impossible to dispute any rejected claims. There is a 2000 and 5000 dollar deductible, for in and out of network out of pocket maximum. respectively, in addition to the HRA 600 dollar deductible.
Good insurance but it cost a lot monthly.
