Benefits are in line with sorporations of this size.
The new PTO policy hasn’t potential to be good if you have a good relationship with your supervisor. If you don’t, good luck getting time off.
You are probably better off with MassHealth. Co-pay and deductible is too high. Benefits are not competitive with other companies this size or bigger in the IT industry in MA.
Health benefits was good and comparable.
The 401(k), and the 401(k) Roth are kicking some serious a** right now. You honestly will not find a high performing retirement plan than here, and with the changes to the tax code, Presidio benefits from having to pay less taxes so the retirement goes up. Cigna for the business is pretty good as the health insurance, and definitely does some work for you. I've had good experiences with it.
Health insurance just OK. They don't even tell you when it increases. They say you can work from home but they actually want you in the office.
Comprehensive Benefits with lots of options. Good 401K, Stock Purchase, etc. Great HR team to assist with everything. Cigna has been great insurance. Very Happy Overall.
Health insurance is better than some, worse than others. Cigna forces you to use their delivery pharmacy, which can be terribly slow, even when paying for next-day service (it never is). No commuter benefits, which is a sin considering how expensive it is to travel into and out of the city.
The company has a comprehensive benefit package. They do not offer stock options to most employees. Their medical insurance provider should improve the training to their customer service associates because they are not well versed on our company's particular plan.
Benefits are not offered to contractors, only permanent employees. Must try to obtain benefits through staffing company if you are a contractor.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
