Reasonably priced and comprehensive benefits program. Better than most employers. Company paid basic Short-term disability. Flexible WFH policy in some locations or job functions but not all. Leadership likes to regularly remind employees that company has absorbed cost increases in last few years. Bonus compensation plan is ambiguous, discretionary and not widely publicized internally. Business Unit Goals not transparent or widely communicated and drive the merit and bonus programs.
I only have positive things to say. The company hasn’t raised employee out of pocket expenses in years.
