Flexibility is offered when it comes to the need to work remotely.
Some departments offer more flexibility than others. If an employee doesn’t directly work with anyone in a home location, there should be more flexibility to work remotely. Focus on the persons effectiveness and trust they are getting the work completed regardless of location.
You have the flexibility to have a life and work. You can continue your work from home and you have the ability to go into the office. It really has the best feeling of a work family.
Some positions offer full time or occasional work from home opportunities.
Loved working from home. It was one of the best aspects of the job. Less office politics and the flexibility to vary hours was great when you are traveling so much.
This is one of my favorite options in that we could work from home whenever we needed or wanted and it was never an issue. Love this benefit. But some took advantage of it

It depends on your role and what department you work in. Some supervisors are more flexible than others if your position is not a work from home position.
Many positions within the company are virtual. Employees are provided with the necessary equipment and ability to expense utilities required to conduct business.
