“PTO is slow to accumulate and you only get a week max unless you've been with the company for a longer time.”
“You get free lunch during your scheduled breaks and a 50% discount on certain items or if youre off the clock. Discount applies to any Pret you visit, even internationally.”
vacation and food is the best perk. work life balance depends.
Flexible and PTO, managers are compassionate but kitchen leaders try to overstep boundaries
good benefits offered for full time employees
It rocked to eat at the place
Generous vacation days. Just switched to better health insurance and offer 401k but they don't match. Offer free lunch to office employees
You get discounts and small bonuses with additional bonuses for top performers. Insurance isn't the best.
great vacation package (20 days) as well as sick days. Good pay and medical and health benefits. commuter plan, discounts. Free eye care. Does not match 401K plan. Six paid holidays.
A lot of option for training and development
Best thing for team member is meal benefit. It was very generous! You were entitled to one entree item, side, chips or cookie, and a soda drink (can) or barista drink. I still miss all of the hot soups.
You get paid time off vacation and a 401 k plan always health vision & dental which is great for a causal dinning place
