    Very little allowed time off. No time off for first 6 monthes of employment. Including emergencies, weddings, deaths or prescheduled events.

    Company 401k contribution at 4% (no matching); employer contributes to health insurance (includes dental and vision); can enroll in flex spend account for health and can also sign up for additional disability insurance that is very affordable.

    401K is given even if there is no contribution by employee. Vacations start to be accrued from day one, however you cannot use them until 6 months in the job.

    The 401k contribution of 4% automatic is nice, but if you contribute more, 4% is the most one gets. Vacation is 2 weeks the first year, and goes to 3 your second year. The insurance is either Kaiser or Aetna (PPO). PPO has a high deductible. Vision benefits are a $250 per enrolled person (up to $500) in direct reimbursement, no actual insurance, so that is unique. Employees also have the ability to participate in "silent auctions" for merchandise.
