    Great price if you do not have to pay for dependents or spouse

They provide medical and dental insurance, and match 4% of 401k contributions, with the caveat that the employee must put in at least 6%. No sick leave, vacation hours are accrued based on hours worked. Employee gets $500 worth of free medical care by the group. Financial support for CME is given, but no time off. Employer helps cover costs of state license and DEA number. Malpractice insurance covered, and there are some options for life and disability insurance.

Only if you're full time. As a full time employee, your monthly insurance premium will be about $50.00 per month, with a $5,000 deductible. If you are part-time, your monthly premium is $343.00.

Insurance benefits if you do not have a spouse or dependents. Paid time off includes vacation and sicks dates, no differentiation.

Only full-time employees (more than 24 hours weekly) are eligible for benefits. As I am a float I am not eligible for vacation leave, sick leave, insurance, etc.

The cheap monthly premium is good, but it astronomically increases with addition of family. They do not offer incentive to be on spousal insurance.

Health insurance includes high monthly premiums, low for a single person. It is extremely expensive for a single mom or a family to have medical coverage as they do not help subsidize. Dental benefits are sub par and don't give you many options to dental care in the valley. Very little pto accrual rate, maybe 2 weeks a year. Good 401k match. In clinic benefit available but doesn't cover significant others unless you are married.
