PRMI has a great benefits package, they are a great company Mike Lione is a great manager no complaints here.
The benefit package was typical, the medical premium was reasonable... No dental or vision coverage... 401k with employer match of 2% as I recall...
Lack of paid time off. No raises.
Con: $5,000 out of pocket expense Pro: insurance is widely adaptable
They are pricey. I have a large family and i do not feel the company is covering as much as they could. I also feel like they change carriers way too much. the current carrier is awful. we need to go back to Regence
Worst is no pension and the cost is too high overall for the benefits given. It is better than not having any at all though. We have vacation with 3 floating holidays so that is good.
EXPENSIVE HEALTH PACKAGE!! I am single, 24, no children, and my insurance is about $200 every two weeks!!
I was employed part-time so I did not qualify for benefits.
It doesn't include vision or dental. The few people I know in the company uses an outside insurer because the company provided insurance was too expensive or wasn't quite what they needed.
The benefits package is normal. Nothing too surprising. I do wish the company would pay more than half the costs of the premiums.
