The best thing about the benefits here is that they try and make it so that you are taken care of whenever you decide to move on from the company.

i the best thing about the benefits package at prime communications is that they allow you to select what you want or dont want.

Health insurance is decent. But PTO is terrible. Only after a year do you get 40 hours. And that’s it. Unless you’re a store manager.

Medical dental optical disability life insurance the benefits at Prime aren't the cheapest but they are great. Costs a single person to have all coverage mentioned about $200 a month. $100 per check. Not shabby!

Benefits are good for what they offer but could be better. Seems like they went for the cheapest option to give customers.

Best thing 57% cell service only worst thing is you get vacation time after year of employment but it still costs you money as you aren't given any kind of "commission relief" which is standard at literally any other place of employment that is pay based on commission of sales made which require you to be there.
