Benefits are good for what they offer but could be better. Seems like they went for the cheapest option to give customers.

Best thing 57% cell service only worst thing is you get vacation time after year of employment but it still costs you money as you aren't given any kind of "commission relief" which is standard at literally any other place of employment that is pay based on commission of sales made which require you to be there.

Benefits are a bit steep for the little coverage that is provided. High deductibles & weekly premiums

401k barely became available September 2017 and I’ve been with the company since November 2014. Heath, Dental and vision are available for reasonable amounts.

Health, vision, and dental are all good and affordable. The discount on phone service is awesome.

Insurance, finally bringing back 401k, vacation, but good luck on getting a vacation day in peace or even approved at that. Always run stores short staffed so get told day before vacation that you can’t take it.

The worst health insurance, just recently brought 401k back with a ranodm 3% match. PTO after 1 year of employment.

It's quite expensive it lowers your pay every two weeks to like 480 or 500 dollars your commission better be good to make up for the 100 they take every 2 weeks
