Very good health insurance coverage for a family of four with very reasonable premiums.

It is insurance that is offered by the company and it is free to employees however it really only covers providers that are in the company's network. The prescription drug coverage is great though.

The benefits are great as long as you stay in network. They will work with you if the service you need cannot be provided in network.

Flexible spending. Changed what you can use it for, after you sign up for it you can not purchase as many things as you could and they want you to go on line to do it.. If you don't use it, you loose it. You would think that they would be happy that you weren't sick and happy to give it back or part of it.

Terrible. You can only use their facilities in the metro area. That means driving tens of miles just to pick up a prescription.
