Great benefits with many options to choose from
Benefits are fine especially medical
Nothing special, but decent benefits
Benefits are terrible if you live outside CA. No internal structure to manage EPO put in place. Forced to see sub-par providers "in network" sometimes with only ONE choice due to lack of coverage and resources to recruit providers into network. Minimal 1% match on retirement plan.
Benefits standard for the industry
The health insurance is decent and many of the provider works with the patients that are admitted into the hospital
Best thing- limited or no out of pocket costs for healthcare within network. 15 PTO days a year plus 7 holidays. Worst is you have to get referrals for seeing doctors and can't self refer and limited network of healthcare providers without higher costs.
401k, Health, Dental, Pet Insurance, PTO, Sick Time
Poor 401K. You can only use their ER if sick. No urgent care services available
Conflict of interest in regards to medical insurance. It is a self funded plan. Think if 1980s HMO plan. Need referrals and auth for any little thing. You basically are denied to go see anyone besides Prime for medical care.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
