Average. Nothing special or bad about it. You accrue time off as you work. You're not pressured to use it or lose it. You can cash out your days off you're a workaholic.

Pretty average, but I don't like that you have to accrue holiday time and I don't like that it takes like 5 years to get an increase in vacation time. Until then you get 7 holidays, 10 vacation, and 5 sick.

It really depends on the length of service. I have a good amount of vacation because I’ve been there greater than 10 years.

Senior staff always get the best times of the year and longest vacations but the time accrues quickly and taking a couple of few weeks off isn't difficult to get approved.

HA! It's great if you get to use it, but if you don't use it, you basically loose a lot of it. They do not buy back at 100% even if you don't get to take your time off, because the are short staffed. They only pay for partial time, if you work 12 hours you only get paid for part of it. Not really fair, is it? And if you use it, they only give you 8 hours instead of the 12 for the day you worked. What is wrong with this picture, even though it may be standard, doesn't mean it's fair.

They split up your PTO into three banks so they don't have to pay you at termination for the sick time and holiday time you earn, even though that's part of the PTO you work for.
