    Health insurance is great. Plenty of PTO, however it does not roll over year to year and not paid out upon termination.

    Good pto - starts with over 4 weeks. Combined vacation and sick leave. Use it or lose it, no carryover. No money or emphasis on training or professional development, unless there is a compliance problem. Health insurance is very spendy unless you do several “wellness checks”, which use BMI as a measure.

    Good package but they are shrinking the benefits (like most employers). They contribute if you go with a high deductible package, cover most everything, and make the process transparent to the employee. They also match 50% of the first 6% of your salary for 401(k), but now make you pay part of the maintenance cost for that. Vacation which was accrued has become leave that is granted so you don't get a payout at the end of your tenure. I think they are fair with their health and benefit package.

    The company has a 6% 401k Match. Certain employees get yearly bonus which varies depending on the department, IT employees where at 6% and Operations was at 10-12%. The amount of bonus was dependent on the company performance and your performance. The company has a wellness program which allowed you to pay reduced premiums for your health insurance if you and spouse where in good health.
