Seems like primes PTO is much better and easier to manage than other companies.
They have standard PTO program like most organizations. 21 days PTO with some and including the national holidays and a floating holiday. It is on PAR.
Paid time off seems to higher than the standard
Not as much PTO as other companies.
For entry level, 4 weeks of sick/vacation time per year after you leave probation. You don't accrue more time until after 5 years though (they give it to you up front). For supervisor and above, 5 weeks.
4 weeks PTO. - however could be diificult to use with certain department restrictions.
It's a generous package -- 24 days to start for an exempt professional.
Used to start with 5 weeks and need to accrue, paid out at leave. Now it's a use or lose
The best thing about Prime Therapeutics' vacation and paid time off policy is after ten years, you can earn 1.5 days of PTO for every two weeks worked.
There is generous Paid Time Off, it is just a matter of finding time to take off and use it. Time off is generally approved by managers.
