“If you were in sales you were constantly hounded even on PTO”
Full time employees are eligible for many benefits.
Insurance wi not kick in until 90 days of being on the job....
They’re basically non-existent. With their lousy pay, you’d think they’d at least offer decent benefits but no, it’s not like that.
Benefits are atrocious. Cost of health insurance is through the roof and pathetic 401k matching.
Very expensive benefits package as far as healthcare. Days off were minimal and too many black out dates when you are not allowed to use your PTO. You work most bank holidays.
Offered a variety of HSA and HRA plans to offset high deductible health insurance
Competitive package of benefits Employee contribution in line with competitors
The 401k incentive program is terrible. Primepay only matches 2%
Worst thing about the benefits is the restrictions on when modifications can be make to 401K plans.
Health plan is too expensive to employees for what it covers and doesn't include enough specialists in its network. Otherwise, the company tries to provide all the basic benefits. PTO and holidays are low compared to other companies.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
