PTO is commensurate with tenure but still generous and easy to use with straight time off and no sick days. Time off is not respected and you are expected to still work while on vacation if able.
the PTO and vacation are in line with most companies.
Paid time off should be called Part Time Off at PrimeSource. Your own personal time is not respected when you take it. You will be asked to complete work and projects on your "PTO" time.
Benefit received is paid time off. This is based upon your tenure with the company and whether you are salaried or hourly on how much you can accrue and whether you can carry forward/be paid out at the end of the year.
Three weeks a year was good but they made you accumulate it while you worked so if you got sick you were sol.
