Spend your time doing what you love, work when you want!

StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales in Allentown, Pennsylvania

hours are ok but require you to come to meetings twice a week and scrutinize you when you do not bring at least 5 people a week with you, they want you to recruit people all the time

StarStarStarStarStar Current Registered Representative in York, Pennsylvania

Probably one of the best things. My mentor has never once called me and said hey why aren't you here. I don't have to tell him if I will be in, work certain hours, or anything along those lines. He's called to ask if I was okay because I typically go into the office but not why aren't you here.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Division Manager in Naperville, Illinois

Because it is your business you have the flexibility to choose hours you work, but if you are not out there in the public speaking to people and recruiting you will not do well

StarStarStarStarStar Current recruiter in San Antonio, Texas

You set your own hours. So you work as much or as little as you want. Production will generally reflect that.

  • Jun 22, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Regional Vice President in Rochester, New York State

The flexible hours is why I came to Primerica, that and the income potential. It is like being a per diem nurse, expected to know all that the staff nurse knows and perform as well, but work the hours they choose. No one knows if you are per diem or full time. Same thing here.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Piscataway, New Jersey

There are no set hours, so I suppose that's a bonus. You're not required to go into the office, which will leave you with plenty of time to work another job, go on other interviews, take care of kids, etc.

  • Mar 02, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Representative in Oakdale, New York State

Take as much tme off as you need or work as long as you want

  • Oct 08, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current District Leader in Coon Rapids, Minnesota

You can work the hours you want, but if you don't work there is no pay. 100% commission

  • Oct 06, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Web Developer in Duluth, Georgia

Not sure about reduced hours, but managers will work with individuals to accommodate their needs (within reason).
