    hours are ok but require you to come to meetings twice a week and scrutinize you when you do not bring at least 5 people a week with you, they want you to recruit people all the time

    Probably one of the best things. My mentor has never once called me and said hey why aren't you here. I don't have to tell him if I will be in, work certain hours, or anything along those lines. He's called to ask if I was okay because I typically go into the office but not why aren't you here.

    Because it is your business you have the flexibility to choose hours you work, but if you are not out there in the public speaking to people and recruiting you will not do well

    You set your own hours. So you work as much or as little as you want. Production will generally reflect that.

    The flexible hours is why I came to Primerica, that and the income potential. It is like being a per diem nurse, expected to know all that the staff nurse knows and perform as well, but work the hours they choose. No one knows if you are per diem or full time. Same thing here.

    There are no set hours, so I suppose that's a bonus. You're not required to go into the office, which will leave you with plenty of time to work another job, go on other interviews, take care of kids, etc.

    Not sure about reduced hours, but managers will work with individuals to accommodate their needs (within reason).
