Set sick leave that you lose if you do not use it. Company is not willing to move to "paid time off" and include all vacation and sick leave under that umbrella.
As a representative you are not given the option of any benefits until you reach mid-tear management and when you do they are adequate. As well there are bonuses, incentives and such but the issue is finding your own clients.

Primerica has hands down the best package of benefits as it has a life insurance that covers any time of death and a retirement plan with a 10% return. The life insurance is more expensive than my previous one but I decided to switch because it had more benefits than Newyork life.
