Very flexible and generous time off/vacation. Health insurance is quite good, but can be a bit expensive.
There is nothing wrong with the benefits package it was very well planned with very well organized
They will promise you trips, prizes and act like the company is an answered prayer when in fact you may never even get the chance to make sales.
Best: Unlimited Commission Worst: No other benefits
We do not have a standard 401k, health plan, vacation time, or sick time. But I also don't need to ask for time off either so that is wash to me. There isn't a 401 k plan but as I get promoted there are possible stock options and the ability to own the business itself. There is some sort of health care option but I haven't explored it since I am covered under my wife. There are company incentive trips to all over. There was one earlier in the year to Florida, one coming to San Diego, and next year to Hawaii
Worst. Since you are Self employed so you pay for 100% of your benefits out of your own pocket. Best : none
Receiving your free financial needs analysis.
The company at this current time do not offer any kind of personal benefits. The next level of managers may be compensated on a higher scale.
There are no benefits offered because you are a 1099 (independent contractor)
No health benefits whatsoever, it's all commission and you're a contractor, but you can make enough money to create your own, it just takes a lot of work.
