Only one week after a year of full time, and no sick leave.
The best thing was I found a better job that offered better vacation and paid time off without the hassle that Primrose gave me.
You get a PTO day every month as long as you have perfect attendance that month. You can only rollover three PTO days into the next year and it's hard to use them because there are so many teachers out all the time.
Not everyday we were given off was paid. Example, we were closed the Tuesday after Christmas but we were not paid for it.
After 90 days you begin accruing PTO, but at a very slow pace. After a year with the company you get a week paid vacation.
It is ok. 7 days after 6 months.
It's very hard to get off for vacation time or time off at all. It's not like anything I have ever encountered before. It's like pulling teeth to get them to approve anything.
2 vacations per year, and paid holiday time (after 90 days).
The best is the actual vacation the worst is you have to be there a whole year for paid vacation WEEK only
hard to get approval, usually got asked if you could do half days depending on time off, black out dates where no vacation is not available.
