They just through you in a room and wish ya luck! No training
Great onboarding when you get hired an 90 days of close support
Training was just provided online and not sufficient training for teachers in the classroom.
They spend at least a week training new employees and making sure they are comfortable in the classrooms.
You spend about a week watching videos and shadowing in the classroom before you get started. Most teachers are very receptive to new hires and helpful in getting you started!
given time during work hours to do in class training or take day off to do out of site training
You will be watching videos for about a week. Its not very helpful stuff, most of it pretty obvious and doesn't really prepare you for the actual day spent with the kids.
Primrose gave me awesome staff development classes that really helped me become a better leader and I absolutely loved it!
They make you do a ridiculous amount of online training. It's awful. The facility I worked at was very nice and the teachers there were awesome and helpful with on the job training.
It's all online and wasn't taken seriously.
