Sick leave and annual leave is included and you get 2 hours per pay check.
health insurance was good, but expensive, leave was generous and they have a sick bank. 401a and 457 offered with a pension as well.
We got to swim in the pool most of our down time , young people so I worked in that group setting .
decent paid time off accrual good health care nice coworkers, pretty down to earth people
Not the best benefits. Could be better.
County match on retirement is awful. Pay does no reflect such a minimal match
Excellent benefits. I've received better benefits at PWC as a part-time employee than a full-time employee at other organizations. Sick leave, vacation leave, 401k.
Best: Fairly generous leave policy except for carryover leave limits and unused sick leave treatment. Worst: 401a plan was terminated around 2009 and performance pay system overhaul ended up effectively capping pay raises at 3% (the cap used to be 5-7%)
